What are the strengths and weaknesses of Aidyn Johnson? Apparently he is training with us.

Pros

Ferocious tackler, lightning quick, pretty good goal sense.

Cons

Lazy as *

Let's put it this way...if you could splice Sam Gray's tenacity and work ethic into Aidyn Johnson's body, you'd have a great player.

Neither of them are preimership player quality. They are just stop gaps. But perhaps Johnson will wake up to himself at another club.

Truth be told, we don't know. He could be a spud, he has never been consistent enough to solidify his spot in the Power, but he may have been victim of our coaching and/or game plan. It would be up to you to find it out.

He actually has some decent attributes. Tackling and forward pressure can be elite. Can do some special stuff in bursts.

Just has shown no work ethic or consistency thus far. Maybe not making it at Port will get him to wake up?

Listening to Westhoff on the radio he sounded so dejected and didn't want to come back. So yeah you're spot on. The only one that strives for excellence is Boak.

I didn't want him to come back either, so we've got that in common.

How about he'd ******* retired then and our list managers may not have been so quick to offload Howard.

Every single club that has won a flag to time immemorial has done so on the back of an unwavering belief and commitment to each other, usually against the odds. While the favourites may win the premiership, there is always a story about how something that could have destroyed them instead galvanised them, even if that story happened the year before - it's never, ever just a linear progression.

I just never thought this club's own supporters would be the thing that it would have to galvanise against. It's kind of sad, really.
Do you think this current squad under these current coaches can win a flag in the next few years?

18 teams could win a flag in the next few years. It’s nothing to do with coaching or talent. It’s about belief and connection

I’d dearly love for us to be the ones to knock Richmond right off their ******* perch.

This forum has been negative since 2015. It hasn’t worked. Hinkley was still reappointed as coach and we still went with co-captains. Surely it’s boring by now? It’s almost as if the club is purposely doing things that piss people off.

Let’s try something new for a change. Maybe they’ll actually do something people agree with like winning a flag.
