That’s the interesting thing, we are going into preseason training without a footy ops manager and settled coaching group.

Our coaching group is settled.

Only thing I can see is most of our 1-4 year players were involved in the SANFL finals, if we started with the 1-4 on the 5th there would only be a couple avaiable.
Most of Ports 1-4 year player played more AFL than SANFL allow them more players that ocould start earlyier.

Using older players and most of the delisted list. they had a large group of 1-4 who were not eliglable for the SANFL or recoverying avaiable to start training.
How many did we have,
Any way it only 1 week and give the new coach more time with the assistant to work on the new game plan for 2020, still gives us a 6 week block before christmas.
