No one paces themselves. Some players are injured come finals and others are fit. Some dont have their head screwed on at certain times of the year.

How is Charlie Cameron ranked higher as a finals player then regular season player? Apart from one great prelim in a ten goal win how else has he shown himself as a great finals player?
Unfair to compare his performances against Dylan Grimes...it’s Dylan Grimes. No one beats Dylan Grimes.

yawn

another day, another thread by a Richmond supporter telling us how good their players are

This time, they pace themselves to only play well in the finals

Another day, another pessimistic Melbourne supporter soured by the world they live in.
takes a bit more than footy to sour my life

I punched a whole lot of random meaningless information into a super computer and it answered with an
equally meaningless list of twenty names that could have come from the phone book. This in no way is
reflective of reality as there are no Richmond players present.

1: Brodie Grundy
2: Nathan Fyfe
3: Patrick Dangerfield
4: Patrick Cripps
5: Marcus Bontempelli
6: Lachie Neale
7: Max Gawn
8: Adam Treloar

Apologies to Ben Cunnington, if not for all those gut punches delivered to players you could not catch you
were a lock for the top twenty.

Please remove Dangerfield and add in Selwood who is clearly Geelong's best performed finals player since our last premiership in 2011. In fact, he's been far more consistent in finals than all of your top 10 finals players.

I stand by A Pearce being in the Top 20 despite my purple tinted goggles. It's no coincidence we went into the bye having the second tightest defence, fifth on the ladder and having just beaten the Pies at the G...to an absolute collapse post bye without Pearce playing a single game. Arguably he's more important to us than Fyfe and last year his absence probably dropped us 4-5 places on the ladder.

It remains to see how he will do post-injury, but I'm backing Rance and Buddy in this list to come back fully firing from injury.

If you can not find a place for Ben Brown, the only forward to kick 60+ goals for three years straight, then you really don't do football.

Franklin is cooked, or is that coked? Either way, he is a shadow of the player he was in his prime.
