I'm sure the residents of Medindie are going to love pissed crows supporters doing burnouts in the carpark after midnight on gameday.
The cars all came from there why shouldn’t they go home

Is Thebarton Oval still a thing? Crows should redevelop that, similar to how WCE have their new facility at Lathlain Park - there's that reserve next to the Oval that could be made into a training ground 'with similar dimensions to the MCG' and the Ammos or whoever could still use the existing ground.

Would still mean that the leafy suburbs people would have to cross to the industrial side of town though, so probably not a realistic proposition.

The SA Amateur Football League (now have a trading name of Adelaide Footy League) took over a long term lease on it about 8-10 years ago when the crows decided to stay at West Lakes. The SANFL umpires have set themselves up there as well since the SANFL moved everything to AO.

So any move there by the crows would mean they would have to buy the SAAFL out of their lease.

Where is this
That's brilliant. If you hop over to the crows board you probably have a few making those comments at the moment.

That and They are so arrogant about this they believe even if it gets knocked back they'll be in even a stronger position to negotiate with the council. Haha crazy s**t these old crows folk.

Does this mean that all the council run swimming centres in Adelaide are black holes for their council area rate payers as well?

One would assume that given the density of the Adelaide Council Area and the relative high cost of land/property in this area, council receipts from rate payers would be quite large compared to other areas. Does it cost the ACC ratepayers more or less on a proportional basis to keep the North Adelaide Aquatic Centre going than it does say the ratepayers of Marion for their Swimming Centre?

Thebby Oval used by the amateur league.

I know that Unley Council sees their outdoor pool as one of their prime assets.
They invest a lot of time and resource into making it what it is.
