I've no opinion on Archer or proving that wrong.

Just note you seem to have quite a lengthy honour roll of north alumni you like to discredit.
But hang on, Archer has had massive, highly publicised involvement with many of our appointments, and done so hand in glove with the chairman.

But seeing him back on the board would be proof that your assertion is correct that he's pissed off at the CEO appointment?

Who is he pissed off at about it? The rest of the board? The chairman? So how is he getting back on to the board?

I'm not sure what you're playing at Rusty, but along with the Hall crap from today, this is a f*n weird trolling effort.
If he doesn't return you can call me out on it.

From the outside looking in it seemed Archer had issues with the previous arrangement and stepped away, although it may have just been coincidental timing. I haven't spoken to him so who knows but he seemed to come back fairly quickly after Buckley started to wield the axe and I thought he was involved in the process of making changes.

I believe he will come back, and that it will be a natural extension of his much closer ties with the club in the second half of this season. Which included helping to recruit some of our highest profile appointments.

I'm not believing for a second that his appearance on the board means anything you have said is true.

Like I said, weird *ing troll. I'm kind of intrigued to know what you're up to.

Bumped into Ben at a recent Shinboner Dinner. I noticed he had the gnocchi neopolitana. Seems like a top bloke. Being a traditionalist, I asked him about the Tazzie deal hoping we could play 7-8 games in the city of apples in years to come. He concurred.
I told him about the Keep North South Rally at Dallas Brooks Hall that I went to. He seemed “very” interested but then made a quiet exit not long after saying goodbye to all in Sunbury.

AFL appointed Ben Amarfio?

Did he get it?

I'm sure somebody on this forum knows Glenn. The Accurate One comes to mind. They should just ask him.

Buckley: We would like to take this opportunity to welcome two of our new leaders, Ben Amarfio and Brady Rawlings. We believe both will be important to our future success.

Buckley: This has been an incredible year of change for our football club. We exist to win premierships. As a board, we are ambitious and impatient, and we want success.

Buckley: The league is extremely competitive, but I think we have proven that we can mix it with the best teams, and can put ourselves in the frame for the coming years.
