JK was literally the reason we won most of our games in 2017. If it wasn't for Carlton and Liam Jones being a bunch of *******s (possibly in spite for the Judd trade), Buddy wouldn't have kicked a bullshit 10 and JK would have his third Coleman.

Doesn't matter though, since he's going to win it next year.

In the end Josh Kennedy has more premiership medals than Liam Jones and the rest of the Carlton Football Club for the past 20 years so it all worked out in the end. Will end up as possibly the greatest trade we ever made since foundation - Chris who?

The trade was a typically short term move from Carlton really. Most Carlton supporters have no regrets over the trade because it brought them off the canvas, but it was a short term solution. They got good again for 3-4 years off the back of him, peaking at a semi final loss, before sinking back to the bottom almost instantly when he left. It solved nothing.
 
There were so many players I was convinced would be the next big thing, playing 150 games for the club that this thread reminded me only played 15 or so.
