Bewely from Freo peaks my interest. Watched him a bit last year and liked what I saw. Nice left foot. Talk of him playing on a wing. Bit awkward at $250k but he’s on my watch list.

I’ll nominate him as a breakout contender. Really like his potential.
If you want a breakout player playing with a new found freedom, Freo are it...who to pick is the conundrum.
I suspect Brayshaw, I believe he's a better pick that Fatracca
I'm not going that route though, i don't need a breakout in his possie atm.

Bailey Smith come on down
76 average
Going to be an a grader
Will be the last year we can get him forward. Anyone else see a 90+ average

So many mid priced forwards capable of increasing their price tag

t lynch
A brayshaw
Acres
Wingard
Lipinski
Simpkin
Steven
D Smith

Few golden picks potentially here

I’m a big advocate of a Whitfield with 3 mid priced forward structure this year. Dusty always falls as does heeney and toby is competing with 5 other a graders for midfield time. Big decisions!!
I’d love to pick him. I can’t fit him in currently due to the awkward price but the kid is a dead set gun. I’m hoping another cheap rookie appears and I can turn a Steven or Devon Smith into him.

How many games will he play though

Thats a consideration for sure. He played 21 last year and finished top 3 in fwds. Tempting pick with Kelly gone imo. In the end I probably wont have the kahunas and will run with Dusty.

What do folks think about Joe Daniher?
Headed off to Ireland a week ago to see a groin specialist, Bombers are hoping he's right for round one but he's a no for me with the interrupted pre-seaspn and doubts around his fitness.

If you're like me and think Tom Lynch can win the Coleman, he presents interesting value at $389k. After the bye when Richmond's team became more than a diabolical mess of inexperience and mismatches, he averaged 95.5 and became the heart of that forward line. With a big pre-season that could set him up for more time around half forward where he was an AA in 2016, he could be a top 6-8 scoring forward for under $400k.

I didnt realise how good his numbers were from after the bye. If he plays up the ground he is a definite option to consider. However, i think a lot of Richmond's success is on the back of a "do your role for the team" type of strategy which means if they think he is more useful for the team at full forward then he will play there and not necessarily have the role that would see him accumulate the best figures.

He is an interesting option as an alternative to the popular Steven/Smith but personally i think im slightly more comfortable going with the non-KPFs in the hope they play predominantly midfield. I do think there should be discussion surrounding Lynch though. He is a quality player and im sure he will increase his 71.5 average by a fair margin but at least at this stage, he is not for me.

You have to start him.

Tigers play 9 of the first 12 at the G.

Reckon in the wider spaces, delivery and better opportunity to work 1 on 1 that at the GC, he'll be up to 500k in no time at all.

Locked at F2 for me atm.

That's not completely true. Yes he did go to Ireland but it was actually as an exchange for an interpreter so they can finally find out what the f*ck Connor McKenna is saying.

Any Bullies fans care to give an opinion on Toby Mclean and his chances of getting back to an average in the 90s after last years horror show.

Not a Bullies fan, but I'd steer well and truly clear. Too many names ahead of him for a midfield role, and he's trash as a forward.

Ok kents. I need a fwd 260k or under.

Ready, set.... GO!
