We'll need all our flair and dash of the last two weeks, plus some mongrel to win this one. Hope Livingston is fired up - rather than down - after her gaffe about Harris. She'll cop some stick from the Freo fans, and we'd do the same.

Going to be a tough game,
One girl that has impressed me is Ebony O'dea love the way she tackles.

Agree. Hopefully it's not a last on, first off selection process. Might come down to a choice IMHO of her, Casey, or Alexander to make way though for Schleicher and potentially Davey.

She'll be a big inclusion. Question is who gets omitted? Twice the issue if Davey gets up for the game.
Davey seems unlikely. She said on last weekend’s broadcast that she has a tear to the membrane between her tibia and fibula. That injury report also reads less confident than last week’s.

Alexander out for Schleicher and Fowler forward would retain our structure.

Yeah man O'Deas got swagger. Has a bit of the Maynards/Mihoceks in her demeanour out there. Doesn't take a backward step.

Wasn't Schleicher's best footy in defence?

Yep. Seemingly my post was badly worded, to clear that up...

Fowler mostly played back last week, but has played forward previously. Switching Fowler forward to replace the out of form Alexander would create an opening in defence for Schleicher while maintaining our structure.

Bri is a test. Ruby available.

Concerning that Emma Grant is still battling the concussion from that north melbourne training session almost three weeks ago.

Surely she is no longer certs to be in the best team?

No, just from a fan pov, I hope she's okay.

I reckon they have Chiocci back on a wing and Rowe playing on a wing as well. Porter, O'dea and Butler etc...it is hard to see who she would knock out of the team

Ruby and Davey (if okay) for Alexander and Dargs. Shevy needs to improve or she will be replaced. The wider ground and her ability as an outside runner will save her this week. Dargs unfortunately has been equally quiet.

Freo are the real deal. It will test us and look forward to how our girls play.
