Imagine all the sub .500 teams making the play-offs
next CBA the owners will go. F**k it let them all in 32 team playoff system. make them play 25 weeks or whatever and give them a few days off pre draft and then right into training camp.

Yeah it’s too much but I would rather have 2 extra teams and reward No 2 than the ridiculous 7 team format.
There is no reason to change the current format other than greed.

the current format is about as good as it can be. its balanced right and rewards the top 2.

and the 1 seed might not be the best team but who gets to play the most favorable schedule. Who will the extra game be against

Greg Robinson getting caught with a lazy 71 kilos of marijuana driving to Mexico
Not even the weirdest part of the story.

Turns out that Robinson hired some Uber driver he met in 2018 that he paid to do errands for him, and that they were driving from LA to Louisiana, not from Mexico 😂

Also tried to get this random Uber driver to claim possession of the weed

Man, ******* hilarious. Surely it would just be easier to buy a house in a state where weed is legal in the US. 😂

Houses arent even that expensive in the US.

ESPN's Courtney Cronin reports Vikings DE Everson Griffen will void the remainder of his contract.
Per Cronin, "Griffen met two figures that voided the final three years of his contract (2020-22) by tallying six or more sacks and playing 57% or more of the snaps last season, and he exercised the right to opt out of his deal." The Vikings' stud DE racked up 66 pressures in 2019 and formed one of the league's most-fearsome duos among edge rushers alongside Danielle Hunter. Minnesota has done a great job maintaining continuity on the defensive side of the ball in recent years, but it might cost them a pretty penny to do so this time around.

ESPN's Josina Anderson reports Chargers LT Russell Okung "remains skeptical of the team's direction and his future with the team."
Anderson added that Okung has expressed his uncertainty in the direction of the organization, but the team has attempted to reassure him. It's the latest news of dysfunction in an organization that has been full of it during the last two decades. It remains to be seen if Okung's concerns are serious enough to warrant a trade request. He graded out as PFF's No. 59 overall tackle among 88 qualified players in 2019.

owners want the new cba to include 17 game season with the playoffs expanded to 14 teams.

One team gets a first week bye and wild card weekend has 3 Saturday and 3 Sunday games

eagles will look to trade alshon jeffery. as the two sides are not on good terms. but it wont avoid the eagles getting hit with 30+ million cap over the next two years of his remaining contract. unless they resteucture it in lieu of trading??

theres some proposed changes to the CBA which if passed would mean the Jeffery cap hit reduces to $16mil, 'saving' the birds $10mil. As it stands, it would be the biggest dead money hit in NFL history if they dump his ass anyway (which they should), Howie ****ed up royally with this one.
