Well we can put last weeks debacle behind us and look forward to taking on a fellow expansion team in our state, on the very ground the girls train on.

A few changes have occurred, I do hop illness isn't something more.....

F: A.Atkins 9 M.Carter 21
Foll: P.Laurie 25 D.Hooker 17 E.Swanson - C 13
I/C: T.Tester 23 E.McGuire 31 H.Bullas 24 K.Orme 32 B.Devlyn 7 D.Pisconeri 11 T.Radan 26

In: C.Perera, M.Carter, T.Tester, K.Orme, D.Pisconeri
Out: M.Caulfield (Managed), M.Dowrick (Illness), E.Bonser (Illness)

Rugby convert Mhicca Carter has come into the team for her debut as a forward and we welcome back Chantella Perera to our backline

Even though we got smashed every which way last week, I am actually confident we an bounce back and get another 4 points for this week.

GCS have been competitive all season, look out for #23 Kalinda Howarth - the girl can football!

I'll be there with the daughters, hopefully the weather stays away (forecast looks poor!)

C'mon down and get behind the Eagle girls!

4 confirmed changes

Today is probably our big chance to avoid the spoon, though Richmond's form implies we may already be safe.

Could even be a chance to get off the bottom of the group given the Doggies have Freo, North and GWS as their last 3 matches :)

****ing lol. Who's 21? Zero awareness.

Carter I think.
Yes Mhicca Carter debut

She has some toe but lacks polish

Gibson can be so much better than that with on goal effort, she seems to be so rushed.

Carter moves well, hopefully she can add some football nous to that.

Surely we have somebody better than Orme and Pisco to bring in?

Gibbo involved but really burned our best chance to set up a goal with options running towards goal.

Niamh attacking it hard and Laurie classy.
