Been wrestling with this, I think no crowds or sure increases scoring. But considering scoring generally increases as teams get tired, would 16 minute quarters mean the pressure remains for a higher percentage of the game? Cant figure out which has a bigger effect

Looked like quick ball movement through the middle was the strategy + umpires paid alot of free kicks inside 50. If tomorrow nights game confirms i'll jump on the overs.

Yeh tommorow match looks dead even so I doubt it's a shootout,bookies have already moved it up to 148-149 from 144/145 due to tonight though,I've just taken the 146 spread at $10 a point on pointsbet as that'll be 152 tommorow once they wake and change it so there's some value there, I'll settle for a 160 type score not many will go 180 like tonight though

FWIW I reckon Gold Coast win. Even disallowing Marsh form, reckon their speed will worry a Port outfit that isn't really known for pace. No Dixon leaves a fair bit to Lycett for the night also.

Total has been bumped to 158.5 on B365 for tonights game.
Totals are not my area of expertise, but this seems like an over-adjustment based on last night?
In the two games last year, the total was 142 & 155, I can see it being a similar, dour sort of affair.

Those aren't quarter lines though they're break lines. 50% chance Port leads by 30 at quarter time and the bet's basically won. Power only need to win one quarter.
