Vikings signed WR Tajae Sharpe, formerly of the Titans, to a one-year, $1 million contract.
Sharpe gives the Vikings a potential starting option opposite Adam Thielen on what is a thin depth chart at the position. The former fifth-rounder turns 26 later this year. Once a starter for the Titans after a strong rookie camp, Sharpe became more of a role player in Tennessee last year after the emergence of A.J. Brown and signing of Adam Humphries. Sharpe has good size at 6'2/194 and has a career 92-1,167-8 line across 47 games (29 starts). Look for Minnesota to address wideout in the draft.

Chargers signed TE Donald Parham, formerly of the XFL's Dallas Renegades, to a two-year contract.
Parham, 22, went undrafted out of Stetson last April and latched on with the Redskins before failing to make it to final cuts. He spent a few days on the Skins' practice squad in September. Parham was a beast in the XFL, however, towering at 6'8/243. He was third in the league in receiving yards with 307 when the league shut down for COVID-19, turning in a voluminous 24-307-4 line across five games. Parham dominated the Pioneer League in college, leading all D-1 and D-2 tight ends in catches per game and receiving yards per game as a senior. Parham also tore up his Pro Day with a 4.67 forty and 38.5-inch vertical with a 10-foot-5 broad jump. He'll compete for a job behind Hunter Henry for the Chargers.

Titans signed OT Ty Sambrailo, formerly of the Falcons.
The Falcons released 28-year-old Sambrailo only 96 reserve snaps into his outlandish three-year, $14.25 million extension. He's expected to compete with OL David Quessenberry for Tennessee's top swing-tackle spot. He's also another tackle-eligible receiving 'threat' for OC Arthur Smith to leverage given that the 311-pounder already has one career touchdown reception under his belt.

Steelers signed DL Cavon Walker, formerly of the XFL's New York Guardians.
Walker (6'2/285) is renown for his work as the XFL's sack leader in 2020, totaling 4.5 for the Guardians in the league's inaugural virus-shortened relaunch. He previously had a cup of coffee with the Bears and Chiefs out of Maryland. 26 in July, Walker will fight for a reserve spot behind Tyson Alualu at nose tackle.

Jets signed LB Patrick Onwuasor, formerly of the Ravens.
Onwuasor lost his starting job with the Ravens last year but still mustered three sacks to bring his four-year total with Baltimore to 9.5. He'll reunite with former teammate C.J. Mosley, who Jets GM Joe Douglas signed to a massive five-year contract from Baltimore just last year. With both Avery Williamson and Mosley coming off serious injuries, it's possible Onwuasor finds himself in New York's starting lineup out of camp.

Bears signed OL Germain Ifedi, formerly of the Seahawks, to a one-year contract.
This was expected following the addition of ex-Jets RT Brandon Shell to Seattle's O-line. Ifedi lined up (and struggled mightily) at right tackle for the Seahawks last year but will likely shift to right guard to replace retired interior blocker Kyle Long. Perhaps the change in position will help Ifedi. He joins Charles Leno, James Daniels, Cody Whitehair, and Bobby Massie in protecting Nick Foles/Mitchell Trubisky.

Bucs re-signed DT Ndamukong Suh to a one-year, $8 million contract.
Keeping the defense together was one of the priorities for Tampa Bay this offseason. The Bucs tagged sacks leader Shaq Barrett and re-signed opposite edge rusher Jason Pierre-Paul to a two-year deal. Suh, 33, logged 874 highly effective defensive snaps last season, grading out as Pro Football Focus' No. 30 interior lineman out of 119 qualifiers, en route to 2.5 sacks, four fumble recoveries, and a pair of touchdowns. Suh isn't the dominant force he once was, but he remains a strong interior player.

Vikings signed DE Anthony Zettel, formerly of the 49ers.
Zettel, 27, will be making his seventh stop since 2016. He started last season with the Bengals before latching on with the Niners just before Christmas. Zettel even played 14 defensive snaps in the Super Bowl. He hasn't recorded a sack since notching 6.5 in 2017 with Detroit.

Panthers signed DT Zach Kerr, formerly of the Cardinals, to a two-year contract.
The 29-year-old pickup would normally be viewed as a depth piece, but the losses of Gerald McCoy and Dontari Poe in the open market could force Kerr into an important role early. He totaled 19 tackles in Arizona last year, soaking up 328 defensive snaps across 12 appearances off their bench.

Redskins signed WR Cody Latimer, formerly of the Giants.
Latimer has been an end of the active roster receiver throughout his six-year NFL career. With the Giants falling victim to injuries last year, Latimer started 10 games and compiled a career-high 300 receiving yards on a 7.1 YPT average. The Redskins receiver room is completely open behind Terry McLaurin, so it's possible Latimer makes starts in 2020. Expect him to compete with rookies and other fringe-starter talent this offseason.

Bengals signed S Vonn Bell, formerly of the Saints, to a three-year contract.
It's another splash on defense for Cincinnati as Bell will join former Texans run-stuffer D.J. Reader, CB Trae Waynes, Xavier Su’a-Filo, CB Mackensie Alexander, LB Josh Bynes, and corner LeShaun Sims among the team's free agency additions for that unit. Bell, one of the league's best safeties in the box and against the run, will replace SS Shawn Williams across from Jessie Bates. The 25-year-old addition totaled 178 tackles across 29 appearances for New Orleans in the last two seasons.

The Jaguars are no longer signing ex-Bengals CB Darqueze Dennard, returning him to the open market.

Every year, there are a few presumed agreements that fall through. It figures to be more common than ever during this decidedly-uncommon pandemic spring, though Dennard's deal reportedly fell apart over financial terms, not his physical. It reverses what was a strange move to begin with, as both Dennard and D.J. Hayden are most effective in the slot. Although he's going on 29 and now has a failed contract to his name, Dennard will still have no problem finding guaranteed money on the open market.

Colts signed CB Xavier Rhodes, formerly of the Vikings, to a one-year contract.

In steady decline as he has battled a variety of minor injuries over the past two years, Rhodes was released by the Vikings, the only team he had ever known, on the eve of free agency. He turns 30 in June. It is nevertheless a low-risk potential bounce-back signing for a team that has improved on defense this offseason but was still a man short at cornerback. It would not be the first time a player with Rhodes' pedigree shook off a slump.

Speaking in a Thursday radio interview, Bucs coach Bruce Arians said the team would not be signing free agent Antonio Brown.

It's something Tom Brady has been stumping for, but it never made sense in any context. “There’s no room and probably not enough money," Arians said. "It’s just not going to happen here. It’s not a fit here.” Arians overlapped with Brown for two years in Pittsburgh and was reportedly not a fan. You can never say never in the NFL, but it would be stunning were Brown to get another chance after his past year off the field.
