Decent team! Imagine if all those blokes actually reached their potential. I’ll make a team later but some players that spring to mind include:

Ryan Bastinac, Shane Harvey, Chad Jones, Adrian McAdam, Shannon Motlop, Nathan O’Keefe, Keenan Reynolds, David Trotter and Ben Warren

Graeme Atkins was another. Looked like a world beater, got injured, and f’ed off to Collingwood.

Kekka's brother Michael. Tragically hit by a car and killed. Before my time, but apparently had enormous ability.

Yes. Very tragic! Allegedly even more talented than Sam and brother, Brian.

One from more recent times, as I don't have good enough knowledge of our lists prior to the mid 90's.

B: David Teague, Joel Perry, David Trotter

C: Callum Urch, Jeremy Clayton, Ryan Bastinac
HF: Leigh Adams, Evan Hewitt, Kieran Harper
F: Aaron Black, Nathan O'Keefe, Shane Harvey
Foll: Hamish McIntosh, Blake Grima, Dylan Smith
INT: Gavin Uruqhart, Ben Speight, Cruize Garlett, Leigh Brown
Emg: Matt Campbell, Brad McKenzie, Eddie Sansbury, Ben Warren

One of the 1st to come to my mind was Robert Pyman. Could have been that silky smooth midfielder that we always seem to be crying out for.

The hype that came out of S.A. never looked like emerging here.

Not sure John Byrne belongs in this side, even if his career was cut short. Played 98 games including the 77 premiership and the 76 and 78 Grand Finals.

He was basically cut down at 23. His start to 1979 was phenomenal and looked to be going to a new level.
