There was an article saying Newnes was a better value wingman than Brad Hill the other day

Newnes played over 200 AFL games. Reckon he gave 120% in every game. What a career

Will always remember him for the Freo goal .

We got great value out of him as a pick up.

He got everything he could get out of himself for a few extra years too.

Hopefully we sign him up for the VFL team if he is open too it.
