The mod bashing has got to stop

One more mod bashing post and this thread gets closed permanently.

If you have an issue with a modding decision, where it be here or elsewhere, take it up with that mod or contact site admin.

Mods are unpaid volunteers volunteering their time to keep this place running smoothly. Try to respect that. Yeah, we dont always get things right, but most here are just trying to do whats best for everyone. Its impossible for mods to make everyone happy, and for every decision a mod makes, there is always going to be someone who disagrees.

Mod bashing never solves anything and it is simply disrespectful to those who take the time to volunteer for this place.

Last week i tweeted him asking for a solution to his "Richmond at the MCG" topic he keeps whingeing about, for someone that loves speaking to hear his own voice i am surprised he never replied but he's on twitter whingeing about it again today....

Ask again. He must have missed it ;)

Channel 7 should show cellar-dwellers like Carlton, instead.

Oh, I forgot. They have done just that.

Curnow injured. Silvagni legacy up in air. Walsh the best youngster there's ever been. Curnow in air and injured. And so on.

It isn't the amount of air time Richmond gets, it's the potential number of further Punt Road flag wins that bothers.
He should try living in WA. Every scrap of paper has the Eagles all over it. You can't roll off a piece of toilet paper without it having something about the Eagles written on it and the Ch7 logo. Don't even get me started about The West Australian newspaper.

It's like they're all the same organisation !

Oh, hang on...

Funny they bang on about the advantages and the travel but then you tell them that they get the advantage of playing an interstate side 10 times a year at home and all hell breaks loose.
West Coast and Freo also voted against the inclusion of a 3rd WA team when the proposal was made in 2016. Quite happy overlook the fact the WA clubs don't want extra Perth games.

What about all the MCG games we missed out on at the start of the year #weareeveryonesgrandfinal
Having quized a few of the whingers even tho they never replied it's obvious they never had an issue with it then....

IMO you can't complain about our "run home" draw if you had no issue with it in the 1st half of the year. Yes it was unbalanced but it does go both ways...

Can any of them explain what’s the bias? Where are Victorian teams supposed to play when they play each other? Should they travel to Korea just because Perth teams have to get on a plane. FMD I was never as miserable as them and we stunk it up for most of my life.
I have tweet Cornes twice in the last week about this very topic & for once he's speechless but still happy to whinge online about it.

Anyone you ask can't come up with a solution to the imagined "lack of integrity"

One Port supporting mate over here proposed to me that each Victorian team play away to every interstate team.
I clarified and asked him if that meant that Victorian teams play 8 away games against interstate clubs and the other 3 against other Victorian clubs. He said that that wouldn't solve the Vic bias but would go a long way.

I then informed him that basic math dictates that if every Victorian club played only 3 away games against other Victorian clubs, they could only play 3 home games against other Victorian clubs as well, thus the other 8 home games would have to be against interstate clubs. That would mean each Victorian club plays all the interstate clubs twice a season and 6 of the other 9 clubs once a season and 3 of them not at all.
He sort of went a bit gaga insisting I was trying to confuse him with clever logic.

Ahh the joys of living near Port Adelaide.
