Match Review

WHAT HAPPENED, POWER?!

PORT ADELAIDE - Review to be published later, if I ever be in the mood to write on a close home loss against the Restrooms. We started the game kicking 1.5:11 to ZERO, just to lose by six behinds. We also kicked the last three scores of the match (1.2:8, of course). So, in between the beginning and the end of the match, there was the filling of a sh*t sandwich. If we couldn't put early pressure on them because we couldn't kick straight, they were unable to put the game away because THEY couldn't kick straight also. The middle part was 10.4:64 to 12.17:89 for them. They had FIFTEEN more scoring shots in that time frame (more than 70% of the match). These simulations have been too close to reality to be fun, if I can be honest with you.
