We’re not talking about his hair colour here. His age is relevant to the discussion and is a huge factor for me. If he was 18-20 and dominating the Championship I would potentially be interested, but he’s turning 25 in August so I’m pretty skeptical. How much growth and development does he have left in him? I feel there are better options for that price.

Yes that price surprises me, I'm not sure he's worth 40m euros.
