Autopsy post mortem v hawks

As it appears our plan A for getting out of the D50 is a kick up the line to a contest near the boundary, a target who can take a contested mark or two would seem to be missing, Brown, Goldy, nup, Xerri too early to tell, Wood, nup, Larkey not so far, the best we have had in this role previously were Waite and Maj (hurry back big fella), at the moment we don't even seem to be killing the ball over the boundary regularly either, maybe Xerri and Walker are worth trying for a while in this role, Maj definitely when he returns.

One of these below is not like the others. Clarko gets his way.. LOL!

For his next rant, he'll be requesting a priority pick. Just because.

Clarko needs to have his head dipped into a 44 Gallon drum. Does he seriously believe his team was hard done by yesterday - enough so that he had another "coffee" with McLachlan? Or has the boss of the AFL simply given a nod to the let Clarko know it "won't happen again" after recalling the last time they "had coffee" together?

Did Clarko forget to mention the AFL needs to be tougher on ball throwing?

Probably not because the Hawks got away with that sh*t all night.
******* whiny pissant.
I read your first line and was going to reply that he's a miserable s**t, but then I saw you called him a ******* whiny pissant and I felt that was also a good call.

Very disappointing performance and result.
Played into the dawks hands with slow ball movement and bombing it forward.
Need to run and gun more like we did on the last quarter - it’s when we play our best footy.
To many players went missing during the game - hall, zurhaar, Ahern, Thomas,Ziebs,Brown, atley. Senior players should be better.
Good signs from Mahoney and Xerri also Curtis has continue to take steps forward.
Hayden is improving recharging game, just needs to dispose of the footy a touch quicker.
Key backs were magnificent and Lmac played his best game since 2017.
Atley , Marley and jasper just hesitate to much and kill a lot of our rebounds.
Mids did well with Goldy ,higgo, Jy ,froggy leading the way. Jed was great at times by his skill issues are a worry and needs to be improved drastically.
Polec was ok without being damaging - with his skill level he needs to take more risks. These sideways short kicks just put it in a lesser skilled players hands for no gain.

the kick out of bounds on the full was the dumbest sh*t I’ve seen

then that kick in the 3rd into our forwardline just a bomb, straight to 3 hawks

Bye bye jack

The thing is that Jack steadied and had a look then picks out Sicily with no north player is the vicinity. Think there isn’t a place in the team which better options coming through.

It's psychological priming aimed to neutralise the response to his teams constant blocking, holding and pushing.................and it worked.

There's been some pretty shitty premiership players over the years.

Hawthorn are at least a decade away from a premiership, even if they do have a coach that can push the envelope across the universe.

With Gilligan rubber stamping Clarko's call for the tackler to rewarded, we had better be on the front foot with that against the doggies, and comfortably win the tackle count,, or else, "free kick, Bulldogs" for sure and certain.
Just remember there is no "rule of the week"....

Clarkson: Deflect the afl's attention away from Hawthorn's questionable blocking, mark encroaching and play delaying tactics by sooking and pretending to give a crap about "the spectacle". Check.

Agreed. He’s no idiot. The best way to hide your own “special” treatment is to shout out about your opponent gettin special treatment, even if not true.

Hey clarko. You call it pushing the boundaries, but when you use intimidation the way you do, it’s not Just boundaries ypu’re pushing.

What a surprise, Clarkson whinges about the rules, and the AFL is conducting an internal review. I wonder if he wants to talk about his favourite tactic, putting two men on the mark?

Pushing out in contests.

Holding after a mark.

Creeping 2-3 metres over the Mark. Everytime.

A few of his classic hits.

Don’t forget how, with absolutely no one in the stadium, not a single hawks player can hear the umpire’s call. They simply keep running off with the ball, then act dumbfounded by the decision, questioning who to give the ball back to......weirdly enough just managing to buy their team mates enough time to clog space.
He’s wearing you like a sock puppet Gill. WakeTFU!!!

He was a dirty campaigner player back in the day and he's a dirty campaigner coach now.

Clarkson made a career off of bending the rules and while he's at it, bending over Gillon Maclachlan like the puppet mouthpiece he is making sure he's being fed nice hot cups of coffee so he doesn't notice the sick burning sensation he's feeling on his second mouth hole area.

The lack of crowds should be exposing these cheap tricks like an Emporer with no clothes, instead Clarkson uses his reputation (Built on the most abysmal s**t footy ever to grace the game and poison it for a decade) to leverage the AFL to focus on all the areas they're NOT seeing, meanwhile he can tweak things to suit his playstyle of boring keepings off football flooding the half of the ground and creating the standard for the putrid product we put ourselves in today.

All this throwing the ball crap, I'll throw a few footys at his big ******* mouth and score a few points and treat him like a carnival clown ball sucker that he is. To hell with 'The Master Coach', he can sit on Bruce McAvenays shoulders so he's high enough to be spat in the face.

I kinda get it that it’s hard to believe a team can lay 60+ tackles yet not get a HTB decision in your favour. But the examples shown on the telly tonight certainly weren’t worthy of free kicks. Perhaps, you heinous little goblin, if you trained your players to play to the rules and adopt the spirit of the game for the betterment of the sport you might be admired.
