He may have to be a sacrificial lamb by the Giants when they re-sign Jeremy Cameron. He is a very, very good player, but I don't think he is irreplaceable for The Giants (like Jezza), they have others like Haynes who can do his role

Think he has proven that he can play all of half back/inside mid/wing.
One of the very few players who has shown the potential to match Macrae's dominance across so many roles. Shame he's injury prone.
Would love him at the pies but we got bigger problems to deal with - Cox/Mihocek (pardon the pun)

Really hoping the Hawks chase him. Would allow us to move Impey forward to make up for the lack of small pressure forwards we have. Also just adds another dimension to our midfield rotations.

For mine with the amount you’d have to pay him it would be too much to play him at HB. Would be getting 700-750k offers after his final series in the middle last year.
He should play in the midfield anyway. Only reason he doesn't at GWS is because they are stacked. Should definitely move on to a different club where he can earn more and become a star mid. Suns would be a great fit.

Honestly reckon Adelaide needs someone like him. Their midfield is really one paced without any super damaging ball users, especially with both the Crouch brothers. Replacing one of them with Williams is a huge improvement
Absolutely but no way Zac Williams goes to the Crows. He can get big money from a club contending/on the rise.
Williams to any backline is far more advantageous than just an attacking defender. It allows the mids to set up more for the spread which would be brilliant for the likes of Smith and Scully at Hawthorn and keep pace behind the play, Impey, and in front.
Honestly, he would be a perfect replacement for Burgoyne if Silk retires as the player who can do it all and set him up off the hbf.
Clarko would be frothing at the versatility that Williams would bring to the Hawks. If there was ever a player that was available for Hawthorn since Mitchell and Jags were included it would be Williams.
Id expect the recruiting staff to be working overtime to get this done
