So, following on from the loss vs Geelong, we have a chance to play Melbourne in a game that should be winable if we come with the right attitude!

I'd imagine you'd take out Harbrow after he literally played the worst afl game everHarbs last chance to get his sh*te together.
Two are Rankine and Smith. Then my guess Fiorini, Joyce, Hombsh, Brodie, Corbett/Wright.Dew said they are only bring 29 (including Rowell) players to Sydney. Apart from this team tonight. Wonder who the other 7 players are. Probably something to factor into suggesting changes.
Whomever is in QLD, arent coming to the Hub.
It's a guess but given form in the scratchies, I'd say Flanders would be there and maybe even Sharp. Guess we'll find out soon enough. Two are Rankine and Smith. Then my guess Fiorini, Joyce, Hombsh, Brodie, Corbett/Wright.

If you are choosing an inside mid you'd have to go Will Brodie. He's done well in the reserves scratch matches. Anthony Miles has just returned from a hamstring and hasn't played any games yet.Anthony Miles doesn't get a look in with Rowell going down?
We were probably going to give him a rest at some stage in the season anyway so maybe this isn’t as bad anyway! Giving him a rest now so he can charge hard at for the end of the season! Not sure it is a guarantee that Rowell misses.
Apparently with shoulder dislocations he will need surgery but that could be performed end of the year.
I'd suspect that club will play it safe, but potentially he could continue to play with aim to operate at the end of the year.
I would be unwilling to risk Rowell this week if he could play. Give him a few weeks to rest up, unleash him when we are back on the GC if fit.
Rowell isn't playing for 6 months minimum mate.
Yeah I lean this way until proven wrong
It was not a poor team performance except the last quarter and several absolutely horrendous (Hanley, Harbrow), very poor (Witts, Powell) and I would also add very average (Swallow) performances. We were up but 9 points close to mid 3rd.behind our poor performance against the Cats.
I don’t see why not - if it doesn’t need surgery, at worst it’ll pop out again.I have no expectation, that is why I threw an 'If' in there, however shoulder dislocations can be funny things and can vary from person to person. If I was Stuey, I would be planning to play without him for the year, but if he gets some games in, then that is just a bonus.
