Who is them?

Is it the coaches

Or is it Fagan who is the boss of the club

Or is it the board who appoints Fagan

Or is it the AFL who approve and appoint the board

Or is it the clubs that approve and appoint the AFL commission

Boards Appoint CEOs & Chairmans.

CEO's & Chairmans sign off and appoint GM/Heads of Football and Head Coaches.

Heads of Football & Head Coaches appoint assistant coaches.

Pretty sure thats all there is too it?

Which begs the question as to why we went with the extra defenders/wings causing players to be forced out of position and play ahead of the ball. Kelly's been the same week in and week out. Good defender, ball momentum killer. There are more concerns with this coaching group than originally thought. They really don't seem to know what they're doing at all.
I don’t think they know who’s in their best 22 or what to play like. This could caused by the COVID training restrictions. I feel Nicks inability to coach at the moment is showing with the crows struggling to score 50-60 points.

Very similar to that of Fagan being appointed to run the club and be given empowerment to call the shots

Them those Fagan appoints to run their own race including Nicks

By sign off you mean approve any inclussions on the board so they can control who they want to maintain their investment

I have no doubt the AFL is active in our board structure, even more so now.

You would think the AFL has been more than comfortable with Chapman and the financial position of the AFC and remember someone needs to be bottom and it needs to go in turns ideally for the AFL

They would be happy with the financial position no doubt.

I don't think they'd be happy with the last 2 years.

They will want to see a quick around imo, they need our big crowds for s**t timeslots 😂

I think this year they would be happy with

But not to have a prolonged period down the bottom

They probably want to see Geelong and hawks have a turn on the bottom soon also

This year is a bit of a nothing year so maybe they will be comfortable with the AFC being down again next year

Crows EQUATION:
Would you like 1 sh*t sandwich or 3 for lunch today?

... just sit back and watch the shitshow.

As I've posted before, he's been given the sh*t sandwich of sh*t sandwiches. But it's up to him whether he eats it or not. And his selections suggest he's not only eating it, he chose it from the menu.

Well they do have chicken salt back at AO this year - everything tastes better with it

= "I'll have three of those sangers, please, with extra sh*t. Oh, and chicken salt".

We need another tall up forward too, or at least someone who can make a contest and bring the ball to ground. Not sure if Himmelberg is the right choice for this though. We should have just left Frampton in the side last week as he can actually crash a pack.

Does he though - I haven't seen him do it this year yet?
Great story being a Crows supporter but sadly hasn't got the goods for AFL.
