So there's nothing stopping the AFL from using the flag design for oval markings other than grandstanding?

Also I don't class a flag as art, but yes, if the owner has merely leases the rights, not the ownership of the design, to a company, then there isn't much going wrong here by them not coming to the table for a deal regarding commercialisatiom from the AFL.

Analysis is the white guy’s game. Indigenous boys would just rather go out there and play. There’s not too many indigenous guys out there that are polished media performers but so what. Most of the performers who would be considered polished just bull**** their way through most coverages without adding anything truly insightful.
