Clearly some critics of Scomo's US sucking up is smart play if the AFL players are following suit.

Did you see the bodycam footage of George Floyd?

Nothing to protest or riot about at all. He was high on drugs, resisting arrest for several minutes and claiming he couldn’t breathe way before he was even on the ground.
 
Wasn't it only a few months ago when these same players (looking at you Lebron) critized an NBA GM for speaking out about Chinas oppression of the Hong Kong people?

That was an event in the US though, which makes a bit more sense than Australian players, playing in an Australian Football League, that Americans don't care about, boycotting games to try to make a statement about a totally different country needing to take action.

It's just a coincidence he died after 10 mins of getting choked in the neck. Says more about the policing in the states that he stated he couldn't breathe and then they proceeded to choke him to death.
