There's a few that spring to mind. Naturally with the artists that really flick my switch, they're all several decades old:

My Generation - The Who
Are You Experienced? - The Jimi Hendrix Experience
The Doors - The Doors
Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin

Funnily enough, as much as I love each of these albums, I only rate the Hendrix debut as 5 stars.
Great choices but I would also give Led Zeppelin 5 stars. An outstanding debut album by them.

It is and that's a reasonable call. Because I rate Side 1 sightly higher than Side 2, I've taken half a star off.

It's still an awesome album.

The Black Crowes debut is fantastic too. No weak tracks.

I guess my opinion is influenced by the fact that the album was such a ground breaker and took what Cream did, to another level (who I absolutely loved ).
But I suppose the opener to side 2 isn't particularly good but every other song is great. If that's the song that is not so good in your opinion, then I understand your rating.
And you would be justified in giving it a 4.5.
For me though the strength of the other tracks so resonate with me that I have to give the album a 5.

Yeah, that's the one. The intro and ending to "Your Time Is Gonna Come" are superb but the song is just okay. 4.5 is no mean effort for a debut.

I love Cream also. Their debut is brilliant too.

Incredible album. Could probably put Alaska here too, but in terms of being a genuine classic with no dull moments Colors is their best. Some seriously good riffs, lot of nice little themes and motifs. Also somehow manage to incorporate some really random bursts, like the hoedown section on Ants of the Sky.

Such an epic LP.

Maaaate. I thought i was the only one

Immense album, I was 20/21, driving home from night shift and JJJ played Informal Gluttony, That opening Riff just ******* insane, Its one of the most under-rated albums ever, True metalheads wont appreciate it because "Screamo" but it doesnt get the love it deserves,

Top 10 album for me, it's ******* insane. It's head and shoulders for me the best progressive metal album made

True metalheads will also tell you you can’t listen to Darkthrone if you also listen to Deafheaven. Some of the most cloistered, unusual people you’ll meet.

But yeh BTBAM are incredible. They’ve got metalcore moments, but I’d comfortably categorise them as progressive metal. *They also have Country & Western sections, but you’d hardly categorise them as a country band. Colors was pretty much the point they’d found the perfect balance between being really heavy and writing really long winded but intricate jazzy stuff. Then like many neo-prog bands they went a bit too far into making ultra jazzy, fusion-based stuff.

This is definitely their magnum opus though.

Relationship on Command - Agree.
Atrocity Exhibition - Agree, just.
Grey Britain - I'd actually give Orchestra of Wolves a five instead.
Shape of Punk to Come - Yeah. Deserves a perfect ranking.
Lust for Life - Iggy is a hard one... Can't go past Fun House for peak IMO.
Otis Blue - Agree.
36 Chambers - Definitely agree, seems to withstand any fashion. Solid.
RATM - As a whole album, I'm not sure.
Raw Power - Yes.
Head Hunters - Agree.
Damaged - Not my preferred BF album but agree.
Relaxing With Miles Davis - Agree! Also Bitches Brew?
F#A# Infinity - Become almost so overrated it's underrated. Genuine perfection.
Rain Dogs - This is Waits finest album, it just has everything balanced perfectly.

2. Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out - The Rolling Stones
3. Made In Japan - Deep Purple
4. Live At The Star Club - Jerry Lee Lewis
