Hey if its a salary dump and picks come attached to trade for Lavine.... i'd not necessarily be against it

but yeah that aint happening

Do Houston even have any picks left to trade? Think they traded one for Lou, another for CP3, and then two more for Westy.

Dragan Bender has agreed to sign with Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Bender played for Maccabi before he was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in 2016.

Bender spent last season with the Milwaukee Bucks and Golden State Warriors.

Maccabi is believed to have given Bender an NBA out in his contract.

A true loss for the league

I'm sure fidstar will agree

Jeebus, I just looked up Houston's recent trade history cos I was curious.

2016 first round pick - traded for Ty Lawson

2017 first - traded for Lou Williams

2018 first - traded as part of the CP3 package

2019 first - traded for essentially Shumpert and cap relief

2020 first - traded away as part of the Covington/Capela deal

2021 first - OKC has the right to swap places with Houston using either their own or Miami's pick

2024 first - owed to OKC as per Westbrook trade

2025 first - OKC has the right to swap places, with some conditions

2026 first - also owed to the Thunder.

Makes trading Westbrook away quite problematic, to say the least.

They went all in to win a ring and it hasn't worked out too well. Also doesn't help when they commit to small ball and then the coach who is obsessed with it leaves after a couple of months.
