Well he introduced those players, but you can't say he developed them to the point of being consistent winners. Thought he may have got one more year given the wins against good opposition in 2019, but after 16th-14th-14th-13th the club ran out of patience. At face value, I'm not convinced Freo took the big step forward under Longmuir that is generally perceived.
