It's pretty accurate though. He didn't just shield the defence like a defensive mid, he pushed forward and broke up play while also going forward when we were in possession.

A box to box midfielder and a DM are different types of midfielders. It would be like saying a deep like playing maker ala Pirlo is the same type as player as Busquets or Keane.

But he is a defensive minded box to box midfielder. He did it at Leicester and did it for us with great effect.

Hes not an attacking box to box like say Ramires was and hes not a sitting back DM like say Makelele was.
