Wow, that’s seems a long extension on the back of half a season. Very strange decision.

Robbie a flight risk? There is a good chance next year is his last year of AFL altogether. He will be 34 by the start of the 2022 season. highly doubt he will be chasing a multi-year deal at that age.

Doubtful if he will be in the best 22 by the end of next year. He has been slowing down a bit.

He's been conditioned for it because of the whole "brad crouch cant get a long deal" narrative drummed into their heads over the past year.

Well done Ollie. I would imagine that the club front loaded his contract, so we will be paying significantly less over the last couple of years of this new contract.

freeing up some dollars for the three amigos and Luko when he wants to leave the suns in the future 😉

It's nice to see he seems committed, but we all know contracts aren't anything close to water tight. 6 year deals are great for the player, it's guaranteed income no matter what club he's at. It's a good message, but player for life isn't anything close to guaranteed.
