If ever there was a draft where there was a chance for great players to slip down the order, then this has to be it. I’m not at all fussed we haven’t yet picked, and very happy to have kept our 2021 draft powder dry.

I used to love the draft.

I fear this is the year all of the AFL's arbitrary makey-uppy nonsense in regard to draft and trading rules has come home to roost. It's really quite farcical - not just tonight, but in all aspects of player movement.

It's hard to pinpoint that precise moment when the shark was jumped, but it surely happened at some point this evening.
