Conca Hamling Hughes
Ryan Pearce Wilson

Aish Brayshaw Acres

Lobb Cox Colyer
Shultz Tabs Sturt

Darcy Fyfe Cerra

Logue Serong Tucker Hill

Colyer will be controversial but I think the coaching staff rate him for his speed and pressure, which this team is short on.

I have Young missing out but I’ve based it on b22 for round one assuming Hamling gets up.

Would have loved to find a spot for Crowden, Mundy and Frederick but it’s tough.
I think you forgot Walters.

Best 22s are just a bit too difficult if we have a fit squad. I can't nail a best 22 and then guarantee that tomorrow I won't fiddle with it.

Conca Hamling Young
Ryan Pearce Wilson
Aish Brayshaw Acres
Lobb Cox Walters
Shultz Tabs Sturt

Darcy Fyfe Cerra

Logue Serong Hill Tucker

Mundy should of course be in there, and Henry and Valente I want fast tracked.

Not bad but I'd have Banfield as a defensive forward or as you've named it, pressure forward. Sturt's our only med forward and Tab's our only real true KF so it highlights our draft needs.

Med Forwards: Cook, Perkins, Henry, Ginnivan, Ford, Callow? Poulter?
Tall Forwards: Cox? Reid? Neale? Callow? Baldwin? McMahon?
Agreed

Would probably go; Ford, Cox, Perkins in that order for 12

Roles are too broad:

Key Defenders: Hamling, Pearce
Intercept/3rd Tall: Cox, Logue, Ryan
Rebound Defenders: Duman, Wilson, Young, Hill
General Defenders: Blakely, Hughes, Conca, Watson

Inside Mid: Cerra, Fyfe, Mundy, Serong, Valente
Defensive Mid: Brayshaw, Tucker
Offensive Wing: Giro, Frederick
Defensive Wing: Bewley, Acres, Aish

Crumbing Forward: Henry, Walters
Pressure Forward: Colyer, Crowden, Shultz, Switkowski
Med Forward: Banfield, Sturt
Tall Forward: Taberner

Main Ruck: Darcy, Meek
Backup Ruck: Lobb

Happy to go with that breakdown.

But I guess it highlights a few things. That I can't straight up pick an offensive wing is a problem assuming we get Weston this might change. I don't view the "general defender" category in the same way as an aditional rebounder or intercept works for me.

Sure logue & cox in Hughes and Henry out for me at this stage

Our line up for 2021 on paper isnt too bad its more the depth that is the issue. If hamling and pearce go down again are defense goes back to average and same with anywhere else on the ground. Having said that if we can stay healthy we can make the 8 but we arnt going to make the grand final. We are missing a few more pieces to the puzzle. We need more A graders. Fyfe to me is the only one that fits that catagory. Dont get me wrong i do see serong, cerra, brayshaw etc as quality players but we need another couple more A graders in the guts to get to the biggest game of the year.

we may of been quiet in this years trade and free agency period but if we are going to go up another level and challenge we need to chase a few big names.

Saint and even the bulldogs are starting to get some quality additions to their teams and the results speak for themselves.

Did Crowden ascend to higher consciousness in your 2021 B22 as well?

Agree with most of this. Think we need to see some of that extreme speed throughout our seconds transition into our 1st team in 2021 though. Don't mind the 1st Team but that forward line is way too slow (sans Sturt).

Considered - Henry, O'Driscoll, Hughes, Conca, Bewley, Cox, Western
Only snuck in: Schultz - needs to kick more goals.
Wilson - needs more good games, less poor games.

If Pearce or Hamling are injured, Logue takes 2nd tall and Chapman\Aish take a back flank, with Bewley taking the wing.

Weakest section of the ground. Forward 50 class, hopefully Western can play as a forward pocket and add some.

Cox is best 22 wherever he ends up starting. I think Switta or one of the new jets will replace Schultz.
