I guess there’s a few people who are curious, it’s also hard to tell by someone’s screen name whether they are male or female, straight or gay.

Sending photos uninvited is clearly a massive f up, but at the same time, some other people might wanna see, and if he’s putting himself out there in that method, probably doesn’t get to discern what audience ends up copping a look.

Couldn't care wither way for pics, more interested in seeing what he's written.

It’s a lot more than a dick pick, wait for more of the stories I am hearing to come out.
Has the ice cream cake story made it to the thread yet?
Yeah
Not sure where I saw it but there was an inhouse GWS interview with him where they asked him about his celebration in the weekend with the ice cream cake.
So he’s goin round bragging about it all to his mates and the club has a laugh about it.

Stop it. Only Fans has nothing to do with this.

Saying that the woman deserved it because she has an Only Fans account is the equivalent of raping a prostitute and saying it was fair game. Consent is the key.

Sending an image is hardly the equivalent of rape. Please do not make light of genuine sexual offences.

Assuming that an amateur pornographer, (who is flirting with you) wouldn't be offended, intimidated or shocked by a nude pic is hardly a stretch. That takes out any offences that are "aggravated", even summary offences like indecent acts.

OnlyFans has EVERYTHING to do with this, it is about context. For instance, a man shouldn't complain about nudity if he goes into a bar if it is advertised as a topless bar. At least two of Patton's accusors offered to send him nude pics (if he paid)at least one (Elle Coonan - the media source)of them offered to have sex after receiving the dick pic. (It was offered for free, she claims she isn't a prostitute just an amateur pornographer). Sending dick pics isn't even an indecent act (by definition of the Vic Crimes act), let alone sexual harassment. It appeared to be consensual until months after the fact and it appeared that Patton was not going to pay for their images.

According to Coonan, all three of the women knew each other prior Patton sending them all pics, does this lend any weight at all to the theory that Patton has been "set up"? Or is it more likely that Patton was just unlucky that the three women who claim to have been victims just happened to know each other. The chances of the latter are pretty slim unless Patton restricts his dick pic sending to women who send nude pics themselves via OnlyFans.

What Patton did was mind-bogglingly stupid, it was rude and it was inconsiderate, but equivocating it to raping a prostitute is obscene, far more obscene than what Patton actually did.

FFS

This shouldn't be about dick pics.

It should be about the misogynistic entitled behaviour that he bombarded some of these women with.

If he had some sort of 'oops, sorry, my bad, I misread the situation' it would probably be recoverable. Instead he abused people who didn't even reply to anything he sent.

It's not really the same thing though is it?

It's kind of like when White people complain they're being racially abused by Black people and try and draw some kind of equivalence, completely ignoring the context of entrenched socioeconomic disadvantage, colonialism, slavery, land dispossession, stolen generations and so forth. Being called a 'White bastard' by a black dude doesnt have the same kind of connotations, context or threat attached to it as when you call an Aboriginal person a C--n or an African person an N-word.

That said, we're talking about an unsolicited dick pick here. People calling for him to lose his job over it need to pour themselves a glass of concrete, drink it, and harden the fu** up.

It's not great, but it's not like he shot someone FFS. The recipient was probably a bit offended, and maybe even grossed out, but its not like she's going to lose much sleep over it.
Still a s**t act to racially abuse someone no matter what their colour is , isn't that what equality is supposed to be about , so it's only offensive if it's said to black ppl ? Lefties these days.... You probably got offended about coon cheese being called coon

All jokes aside, I actually did get an unsolicited one sent to me by a girl I worked with from another floor from where my desk was. I can't remember if it was pre or post the one time we banged

It was like 9:30am on a Tuesday morning too and I opened it at my desk thinking it was just a normal text from her. I was all like
That's the thing right , if person a and person b ****ed , one would assume both are comfortable with looking at each other's privates and hence sending something like that can be seen as someone just trying to surprise that person and turn them on. Obviously if they warned them not to do it again then yeah it's not on

But if patton for example sends a pic of his dick after having sex with a girl it's hardly a crime , they've both ****ed , seen and been there , nothing wrong with that , just something used to turn on their partner or a good surprise for them

It's the raNdom no contact and sent after warnings ones that are the issue

Let's face it, the guys that got the most girls in late teens and early twenties were the Gods of your friendship group

AFL clubs would absolutely worship some of Patton's behaviour.

If the main subject of changeroom or training discussion by about 16 isn't to do with who got laid on the weekend then you must play for a weird club.

I didn't get laid on the weekend for quite a while so felt very ostracised.

Of course it's a s**t act, but it doesn't carry the same context or weight or impact as calling a black guy an N-word.

If whites were in the minority and had been subject to centuries of oppression, slavery, dispossession of land, colonialism, KKK, discrimination, apartheid, disenfranchisement etc etc etc by a black majority, I'd argue the exact opposite (calling someone a white bastard would be far worse than using the N-word).

You cant ignore the context and then try and draw some kind of false equivalence between black on white racism and white on back racism.

It's like trying to ignore entrenched sexism, male on female domestic violence, and the patriarchy when it comes to gender stuff. An unsolicited female nude sent to a man by a woman is not the same thing as an unsolicited dick pic sent from a man to a girl. If some random woman sent me a nude, I wouldn't care. If some random man sent a woman an unsolicited nude, it could easily make her highly uncomfortable, and even scared.

Me-too exists for a reason.

Again, that said, it's not a hangable offence as some puritans are screaming for. I highly doubt the recipient lost any sleep over it.

I'm still staggered that people need this explained to them.

I hope the women who have shared JPs dick pics are also charged. Those images should only have been provided as evidence to the authorities.

The wrongs started with JP, but if they're going to make an example of him, they need to go straight down the line with all parties involved.
The funny part is one of the ladies went down the 'strong independent woman' route and transformed her interview into 'you shouldn't be **** shaming women'. But yet it's ok to shame patton for being a manwhore

To be fair, he's not being shamed for banging lots of women, he's being shamed for getting the little general out.

I mean you would think they would just take him to court for the digital version of indecent exposure rather than parade it in the media. But such is way of the modern world I suppose.

Its the media. They love a headline. They do not care about the potential cost. There are probably a 100 other complaints to the cops re dick pics etc but we will never hear about them. The media hides behind, 'oh it will raise public awareness'.

It's not really analogous.
I disagree. There's no difference.

A simple case of if the shoe fits the agenda....Hypocrisy whilst fighting for validation and justification for a similarly comparative behavior.

Seen plenty of unsolicited and offensive tanned nips and lips at the beach.

If you're talking about unsolicited vag pics, then yes, maybe players should start reporting the ones they receive.

#freethenipple isn't at all analogous to this situation though. Obvious troll is obvious.

how's an unsolicited vag or nip pic any different to one being aired in public? so you must then agree that if the general advocated for flopping his dong out at the sea baths, that would be acceptable and not analogous to his current predicament?

The real zyzz would never have been such an obvious troll. You do him an injustice.
