Just on alcohol, have you heard or read
about how beer was pretty much all anyone drank, even kids till coffee was introduced? Pretty interesting.

The change basically lead to a more intellectual society.

Beer on those days was hardly even alcoholic. It was basicly a way of making poor quality water drinkable.

I don't really understand the issue.

Is it just the Google News page that the Aust media is cranky about? It just gives the headline and a link to the main article. That's probably creating revenue for the papers isn't it?
