No, you can vote via proxy. And the proxy doesn’t have to be a member so you could get Tef to vote for you.

The club will send out proxy forms.

if so - I would imagine the first step which is essentially a vetting process so someone like me doesn’t just apply with no credentials, would not stop RJ running.

He's supposedly announced his interest, but hasn't yet been approved by the board to run (I would assume he passes but it's not out of the question he doesn't, and we won't know for sure until they announce their decision), and as of yet hasn't mentioned what specific issues he's running on.

I don't think he's publicly said anything about it tbh. Hell, seeing as Tom Browne was the newsbreaker in this instance I'm not 100% convinced it's real.
