I think it's for premature expected mainstream interest.
It could work if they demonstrated some interest and knowledge substance. But so far it's too much fluff talk.
Even Beretta. I remember him hosting the last years of super touring on 7, so he seems legit. He craps on in the supercar promotion about his interest from watching as a kid, so he should be relatable to fans. But he talks like a media airhead.
