Cotchin's going for the ball and they basically collect the ball at the same time. Bad luck Shiel. Play on. Williams goes the snipe and hip and shoulders the ball carrier in the head. I don't get how the Cotchin incident is still brought up in 2021.

What everybody misses when bringing up the Cotchin incident is that Shiel continued to play out the rest of the qtr and only left soon after Astbury knocked him on the head. It is more likely that Astbury caused the concussion than Cotchin.
