Home brew ginger beer, 6% alcohol with extra finely sliced ginger in the brew, great taste and a real kick. Has taken months to bubble up but worth the wait. Best thing is having a few shared refreshing stubbies to cool down after earning pre-arvo brownie points and then explain to partner as you've both become strangely lightheaded its probably prudent to switch to a commercial product.

I go on fads of other beer and get sick of them but it’s my go to beer.
I like to try the craft beers though.
try a different six pack every week.
