1st season in PL U18 and Palace do the double over Chelsea and go 3 points clear at the top in PL South.

Best investment ever made by us to achieve Category 1 academy status and hopefully we'll start to keep some of the south London talent who have previously drifted to north and west London.

Massive catchment in south London and we are the only major club in that part of London.

Hopefully we take advantage of it now.

Yep, all your good academy players now will end up in Chelsea or Man City.

The sheer amount of quality that comes through the Parisian suburbs means PSG will always miss out on gems regardless of what they do. It'd probably actually be better for them if there were more competitive teams in Paris (Le Havre..) similar to London or Madrid because then that way if a kid develops at a club nearby then they can bring them in later on. Similar to Chelsea right now trying to get Declan Rice back or Real/Atletico pinching players off of each other.

The sky high taxes in France also * over Ligue 1 teams in general and a lot of players have been leaving France for Germany and even Holland recently because of the opportunity for higher wages at a younger age and even PSG get ****ed over by that too (see; Kouassi leaving for Bayern).

In saying all that the French FA deliberately went out of their way to establish places like Clairefontaine to ensure that France always have elite youngsters from Paris coming through the system and the amount of football pitches in Paris means kids like Mahrez, Kante and Mbappe always have somewhere to go and improve. France deserves an ungodly amount of credit for how they went about developing their youth setups back in the 70's/80's to make sure they'd have a never ending supply of world class players but it also means clubs in Paris will miss out regardless of how rich they are.
