Waters outbreaks himself trying to get Jamie at the end of the straight after Jamie came out from the pits.
He went off and cut the track (like a fair bit) and rejoined not far behind wincup and passes him not long after.
How much track can you cut just to join in after where you were before?
Doesn’t really seem right.
Would have lost a lot more time if he joined back in near where he went off.
