Can't say I really want to see him playing as the number 1 in a game yet.

There are plenty of reasons to have very high hopes but he's not ready. Given Phillips seems to have fallen off a cliff I suppose there is no other option.

No, but was seen in the rehab group this week

If we don't wanna debut Bryan, our only other option is to play Wright as a ruck. Then bring Waterman or Stringer in to replace Draper.

Wright in the ruck seems the most sensible option IMO. Forward line looks too slow with Hooker, Wright and Jones all in there.

Getting heaps of games into young ruckmen seems to be the best way of developing them anyway, no issues if he plays until Draper is fit.

Not a bad game to get him in with both of St Kilda's best ruckman out. Better than coming up against a Gawn or Grundy.

Bryan with Wright taking more minutes, and Stringer back in, probably doesn't hurt us too badly.

Bryan can go back when not rucking too.

So could start with Bryan & Wright forward.
When Wright rucks it's Jones, Hooker & Stringer forward
When Bryan rucks, swing Hooker back with Jones, Wright and Stringer forward.
