Same-dopey letting him go.
Not really. Selwood and Danger are the king dicks and will be until they decide to retire.
And they won't go easily.
Guthrie is the defensive one who is set for life at the club and in ripping form.
Menegola and Duncan outside who are in ripping form.
And then to snuff out the slightest of chances he could get in there somehow we got Isaac Smith.
Best thing for both parties.

Reckon as soon as within 2 years guys like Cooper Stevens and Holmes will be above him on the imaginary "if he stayed" pecking order aswell.
He does well to win the ball when played purely as a midfielder, but he's still far too limited to be a staple in the Cats midfield.
I hope he does well at the blues though.

Plus with Simpson it could be a promising midfield with Guthrie and Danger being around for a few more years yet

I know potential isn't always reached but a midfield where menegola and Guthrie are the veterans with Simpson, Stevens and Holmes as the fresh young kids is pretty exciting.

Not quite the right thread but... what is the HeraldSuns obession with Gary Rohan about. Two/three days in a row photos of his daughters birthday party and now a story on him selling his Sydney house. His house????

I hope Selwood goes at the end of the year if he plays on he will be like one of the boxers who has 1 fight to meny..He looked cooked until it was a dog fight in the last qt

Ay? He’s had a fantastic start to the year. We’re quick to write off a champion in here.

Jeremy Howe again features in the 'Mark of the Year' nominations, but in a less familiar role to normal

Richmond will win it.
Port are like us, good team, but not quite at Richmond's level when they want to take it up a notch or two.
Port has a great list. Still think a Tigers Port GF is most likely. Neither team loses 2 in a row in recent years.
