Yeah im gonna take my time walking there tho- I hate rushing.

As long as im at the gate by 2.30pm, im happy. In the ground by 3ish (hopefully) and game 20 mins later.

I've not long received my email for access to next weeks match versus Melbourne - as I'm an away member I get free access next week, but have to select the 'general admission' ticket option, which will no doubt still be a reserved seat

Yup that's the current setup and it's what's causing a lot of people to choose not to come. Wait and see I guess.

Tickets go on sale today for MCC (now) /AFL members (10am).

Tickets go on sale tomorrow for Geelong Away Members (10am to 12pm), General Public (1pm onwards).

Believe it's no standing at this stage

I know that the standing areas on the ground level are all blocked off & have no access signs

My membership codes are Registering as invalid. Is it only priority 1 members that can get early tickets for this game? I received an email last week about tickets but nothing from the club this week.

Wanted to just sit up the top and telling me it’s exhausted

I genuinely think they are only expecting 30,000.

The MCG staff get a daily game letter with how many people they expect at the game.
Against the hawks it was 58,000 and only got 50,000
Top of the Ponsford stand was closed, so you can only imagine how much of the G will be open come Sundays game at 3
