You mentioned Biden wasn't social distancing - social distancing relates to personal safety measures as a response to Covid.
I'm surprised this has to be extrapolated.

Meanwhile, in reality, she'd already said it needed to be dealt with fairly and humanely, after being left with a shitshow of a problem by the previous administration. But of course you'll ignore that, because Trump could literally do anything and you'd find a way to validate it as being good.
