I don’t buy that. Briggs was able to handle them in the pre-season and Flynn would definitely be able to.

I'd say so. If he roughs up their kids a bit early, they'll be thinking twice about taking runs through the middle of the ground

IMO, the gameplan appears to be ‘get to 2 and 3 at any cost’.

But what happens next week against the Dogs who are resting Stefan Martin tomorrow and who will hit us at Manuka coming off a two week break?

Personally, I was expecting Flynn or Briggs to play R5, and then Mummy be asked to muscle up against the Dogs for R6.

Just doesn’t make any sense other the Leon thinks Mummy is going to scare the cygnets and give them nightmares.
