With De boer and couple of other mids out you would think the VC on one of the Doggies would still be a great option even though those averages aren't the best for the last 4 games.
Dunkley’s certainly in one of his “ hot streaks” ..... but i’ll play the %

Without looking at stats I reckon Macrae usually struggles vs GWS. Dunkley a better VC option.

GWS his 4th worst opponent historically.
Follows it up with Richmond (2nd best) and Blues (3rd best), after just coming off his best oppo, GCS, a very tidy run for Macrae.

Gawn VC
Ridley or Grundy C

:lock::lock::lock:

Don't need Macrae's measly 130s and 140s when Gawn and Grundy have 150s and 160s in them

Gawn last 3 vs Tigers:

Grundy last 3 vs Essendon:

Probably one of the sexy kents Dunkley, Macrae or Bont as my VC and Grundy as Captain against Essendon, without a ruck. We saw what happened last time we thought he would go big.

Say you were facing mass destruction this week. What's the smart move to try and make back 70-80 points?

1. VC Gawn hoping the herd captains him, goes sub 110 and C Grundy.

2. VC Bont or Dunks rather than the more logical selection of Macrae.

3. Something left field like Dusty or Walsh?

4. VC Tex or is he cooked now?
