We lament our inability to recruit a decent small forward or lacking ruck depth at the moment, but aside from Darcy Moore (who was f/s), when was the last time the Pies invested in young talls through the draft? Their fans have been crying out for a full forward for years. They are all makeshift or mature state leaguers. They nab players from other clubs for the backline. When they get injuries, boy do they struggle. This side made a GF 3 years ago.
