For some reason when I put my barcode I can only see the option to add junior tickets?

I have a concession membership and it's only showing as adult or junior for me. Junior is greyed out until I add an adult.

Why are we being charged?

Remove the best available option and it gives you a list of prices. The free tickets are all level 3 and you cannot select the area. Thought it may have been a restriction on my membership, but seemingly not.

Thankfully next round they're looking at having us back in our normal reserved seats.

They were all refunded with Covid last year, so we know they can/do.

Mine's now showing concession, but still wanting to charge me for best available. The credit card info page loads, but I haven't gone any further to see if TD's error message is occurring for me.

I get Concessions and Kids Tickets and is 1 Concession and 1 Adult

Just was able to redeem an adult ticket. Level 2 row B so still plenty of good seats left.

45 minutes of my life I won't get back.
