Doggies will be too strong through the middle with English coming back.
Won't make a difference. Doggies don't rely on ruck. They beat the Pies despite getting smashed in the ruck.
They're 10th in the league for hitouts and 1st for clearances. They could play Caleb Daniel in the ruck and still win the clearances.

Not looking forward to this one. We haven't been spanked in a while and this looms large. Will do well to keep it under 40 points.
Since our 68pt loss to the Cats in the last round of 2019, we haven't lost by more than 31pts (Hawks last year).

Having English back means he's forward when Martin is ruck, not so much the ruck itself although it fairs much better now vs a Grundy or Gawn type. Three talls forward has been working out pretty well.

No English or Martin
The Dogs will be without Stefan Martin for a couple of weeks with Achilles soreness, with the veteran ruckman to be replaced by Jordon Sweet as Tim English misses his second game through concussion. Rhylee West and Josh Schache have been dumped in place of debutant Buku Khamis and last week's sub Lachie McNeil
