The 21 members of the NAB AFL Academy squad have been assigned clubs at which they will train and take part in the full AFL program to better prepare them for the top level.

There are few others who show quite the appetite Hobbs does for the contest, and soggy conditions at last year’s Under 16 championships saw him thrive. Having since made his NAB League debut, Hobbs continues to pump the ball forward and tackle hard at the coalface.

It’s going to be a tough draft to trade back in to imo, especially on draft night.

Can just see the look of disappointment on the kid's face on draft night when North call out his name.

They use to do the Whole Draft in about an Hour on a Saturday Morning

One night, no bullshit interviews with the top 10. If they want to interview them do a couple at the end of each round. It doesn’t need to be dragged out that long.

Give clubs 1 min for their choices, cut the bullshit useless commentary throughout the draft and limit player interviews- bang, over in 2 hrs.

We know why they give the 5 mins. Especially once they introduced live trading. But 5 mins def feels too long.

Two days has always been extra painful because we haven't featured in the top ten whatsoever. At least this year we'll get to see Daicos go top 3 and bask in ten minutes of highlights, interviews and worshipping.
