Huge huge game by X man. His last 3 weeks have been nothing short of dominant. Regardless of Campbell plays this week you have to reward Xerri.

Phillips was amazing, hardly wasted a disposal, ended up on the end of a lot of chains of poession after he started the original chain. Kicking was class and he often put his teammates into better positions by hand.

Ford is coming. Getting reward for effort and intensity. Kicking and decision making is elite along with his hands. Really should have kicked 5.

Atu was clean and was rarely beaten. Very composed, long kicking was a highlight.

P.Walker didn’t get much of it but is very composed and assured by foot. Took one nice grab overhead today in the back half.

Appleby, Heron, Clayton and Answerth all excellent, though Baker really cracked in too.

I don’t think he has done enough yet, but if Matt Walker keeps showing the sort of X factor he has shown, I reckon a club will take a punt on him at the end of the year. For a guy his size his hands are elite , pressure is elite and he has high footy IQ especially around goal

Philips is so solid in the legs - cruises around like a sports car and Hoover’s it up. Very clean, poised, confident and seems to have time, certainly at this level.
