17 goals in 35 games for a relegated West Brom is not good? at 19 years of age?

World class striker.
Lewandowski is world class
Kane is world class
Mbappe is world class
Haaland is world class

the rest are not

Also, thats the correct power rankings for the 4. Don't @ me

If I was in charge of transfers, had 80m euro and I knew Haaland was no chance? My priorities would be in order:

1) Try and sign Lautaro Martinez for the same money (better age group, high ceiling)
2) Enquire into Depay (free transfer, PL knowledge is apparently important)
3) Activate Andre Silva's release clause (30m) and take a punt on Gonçalves from Sporting (15m)
And that's why you're not in charge.

So only 4 players can be world class?

You have to build your whole team around him for him to be effective. His limitations mean that he is not worth it if you are looking at winning the big trophies.

For a player with his goal scoring capabilities, maybe it’s worthwhile to build the team around him, I don’t know. Was only commenting in terms of his record. For whatever limitations he may or may not have, there aren’t too many players who have been able to tally up those amount of goals at a relatively young age. That’s what I was getting at.

Unless you watch him every week, it's hard to explain. When he was at United, his touch was awful, he couldn't hold the ball up meaning that we could rarely progress the ball from the midfield to attack to the wings which made it really easy to defend. We would draw plenty of games and he would miss loads of chances but score one. Unless you watched the game you'd think he'd done well to score a goal. As soon as we sold him we immediately looked a lot more fluid going forward.

He's got a good goalscoring record but I don't think he really helps title contending teams in England.

I think his record at United against the "big six" was something like one goal in 16 games.
In his last season for Everton he put 2 past Champions City in 2 different games.

He wasn't helped by an incompetent manager at United in his second season.

Didn't help himself either.
